BK Baji's Terms & Conditions — Clear & Simple

BK Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting platform offering cricket, football, and other sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing BK Baji or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BK Baji and the user. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform and contact our support team before creating an account.

BK Baji's terms and conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, the English version shall be considered the definitive text for any legal interpretation.

To create an account on BK Baji, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years must be.
• You must be legally entitled to participate in online betting under the laws of your country.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or address are not permitted.

Information required at registration

To register on BK Baji, you must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. BK Baji reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time and forfeit the associated balance.

BK Baji complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, we may request identity verification documents under certain circumstances. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

Documents that may be requested

• ID Document: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Screenshot of the bKash/Nagad/Rocket number used for the transaction.
• Selfie: A selfie holding your ID document.

Submitted documents will be verified by BK Baji within 48 hours. You will be notified by email or SMS once verification is complete.

BK Baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please read the following payment terms carefully:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party will be considered void, and refunds may be delayed.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals linked to bonuses are subject to mandatory wagering requirements.

BK Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing users. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 20x).
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• BK Baji reserves the right to cancel a bonus without reason if misuse of the terms is suspected.
• If a bonus is designated for new accounts only, existing users cannot claim it by creating a new account.

The following rules apply when placing bets on BK Baji. Each sport also has its own detailed rules, available on the relevant page.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered final once the "Place Bet" button is clicked. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation.
• Technical Error: BK Baji reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a server outage or technical error.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is not available in all markets. Where available, its use is at BK Baji's discretion.
• Maximum Win Limit: Each market has a maximum payout limit. Please refer to the relevant sport's page for details.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in in-play betting. If the odds shift at the time of submission, you will be given the option to accept or decline the updated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK Baji. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or controlling accounts belonging to other individuals.
• Strategically placing bets to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Arbitrage betting or any method intended to guarantee a profit.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Participating in match-fixing or placing bets using related insider information.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing other users or posing a threat to the platform's security.

• All data transmissions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your password is stored in hashed format — no BK Baji staff member can view your password.
• We automatically lock your account if any unusual login activity is detected.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

BK Baji believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to responsible betting and provide users with the following tools to help them stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for how long you bet in a single session.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a set loss amount is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: You may suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: The app will send you reminders at regular intervals.

BK Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Submitting false or altered documents during KYC verification.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• At the user's own request.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed, unless fraud is established. A service fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts.

BK Baji is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or damages incurred due to an internet connection failure.
• Payment delays caused by third-party service failures (e.g., bKash/Nagad).
• Losses resulting from unforeseen technical errors.
• Account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

BK Baji's decision shall be final in any dispute. However, users have the right to appeal, and we are committed to conducting a fair investigation.

BK Baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform and sent to your registered email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
